Online Ordering

Placing an order with ToolPro is easy and secure. Simply locate the item(s) you want to purchase from our catalog and follow these steps:
  • First, login with your username and password. If you do not have a username and password, please call 1.800.553.5991 to have one created for you. Remember, only authorized dealers are able to access and order from our online catalog.
  • Be sure to safeguard your username and passwords. These are real orders that will be shipped and billed. You will responsible for all orders placed on your account.
  • When the desired product is found, click on the Order button.
    • The contents of your shopping basket will be displayed. This information reveals the product number, title, quantity, and cost. If multiple quantities of the same item are desired, you may change the number of items from the default of one (1) to the appropriate number. You may continue shopping by clicking on the Continue Shopping tab below or Catalog tab on the top of the web page, or you may go to checkout by clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button. Each time subsequent items are selected for purchase, by clicking on the associated Order button, this shopping basket page will appear to reveal the total contents and price. Items may be removed from the shopping basket by clicking the remove button.
  • You can then review your order, cancel your order, or proceed. An Order Number will then appear and you can print the order for your records.
  • Please remember a $5 handling fee will be added to orders less than $50.00 net.
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. If an item is not in stock we will contact you by e-mail or phone to see if a back-order is acceptable.

Payment Methods

All orders will be billed to your account. Your regular terms and conditions apply to all web orders. Do not share your username or password with anyone who is not authorized to make purchases on your account. You are responsible for all orders placed on your web account.

Shipping

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Kennesaw, Georgia. Freight is prepaid and allowed on most orders of $400 or more. ToolPro reserves the choice of routing. Some items must be shipped motor freight only and are prepaid and allowed when two or more are ordered. Other exceptions may apply.
 
If you would like your order shipped by either Next Day or 2nd Day Air, please note this on your order. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders.
 
When you receive a shipment from ToolPro, it is important that you count the pieces on your order and note any external damage before signing the bill of lading. You should also check for any hidden damage within the boxes and report this to the freight company immediately. Sales terms of "F.O.B. (Free On Board) Shipping Point" means that your ownership and responsibility for the goods begins when the carrier picks up your order from us. If problems occur, we will assist you in any way we can to resolve your claim with the carrier.

Return Policy

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from ToolPro for all returns. The RMA number should be written clearly on the shipping label of each package. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges. RMA numbers are valid for 60 days after the date of issue. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. If merchandise is returned in condition acceptable for resale and has not been discontinued by ToolPro, we will allow full credit based on original price, less a 15% restocking charge.

Canceling Orders

To cancel an item on back-order, please e-mail us at sales@toolpro.com or call us at 1-800-553-5991.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, ToolPro has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
