How do I buy from ToolPro?
ToolPro sells only to established dealers. To set up an account, please print our credit application, fill it out, and fax it to 770-514-9595. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-553-5991 or 770-514-8585.
Where can I find someone in my area that carries your tools?
Email us at sales@toolpro.com with your phone number (including area code), city, state and zip code, and we will email you a list of dealers in your area that carry our tools.
When will I receive my order?
Any orders placed over the website will be processed immediately and you will be faxed a confirmation for your order. All orders received before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Freight is prepaid on all orders over $400. Some items, such as scaffolding and drywall carts, must go motor freight. You must order two or more of these items to receive freight prepaid.
If your order total is less than $400, you will be billed for the actual freight charges.
What is your minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order. There is a $5 handling fee charged on all orders that total less than $50.
Do I have to order in box quantities?
We can break a box quantity on almost any item. Items that come in aerosol cans must be shipped in full case quantities. Also, items that bend easily, like t-squares and taping knives, are sold in box quantities whenever possible. This keeps them from being damaged in transit.
Is ToolPro part of any other company?
No, ToolPro is a family-owned business that is not affiliated with any other company.
